| This system is suitable for the widest variety of office applications.
Each floor panel is mechanically secured to the pedestal head which has lock-in feature at all four corners ensuring maximum rigidity and lateral stability. Panel corner design provides a positive location and lateral engagement of the panel to the understructure support system without the use of screws .
Corner lock screws can be used for double locking the system and are
self capturing 1/4"-27 flat-head machine screw. Fastening of panels to pedestal heads is accomplished by the use of this machine screws which are specially designed to be self capturing within the body of the panel. Unilock Systems easily
accommodates 150mm to 1200mm finished floor heights and provides
easy adjustment of leveling and accurately align panels for a maximum
of ± 25 mm in the vertical direction.
Access to the sub-floor in this system is very simply achieved by
lifting the panel or releasing the screws and lifting the panel in case of
double locking system.
