TopStone Panel


Unitile's Raised Access Floor System is carefully fitted with Unitile's Topstone Floor Panels, which are designed to withstand extreme weight and pressure. Unitile's Topstone access floor panels (600x600mm) comprise of customer selected Vitrified or any Natural Stones tiles which are factory bonded to the steel cementitious access floor panel with propriety admixed glue to ensure perfect bonding of two different substrate.
The edges of the tile and the panel are protected with a sleek, visually appealing PVC edged trim with engineered degree to ensure protection of the stoned edges on all four sides. The edged trim is thermostatically factory bonded with high strength heat resistance adhesive to minimize detachment.

Corner Lock
Edge Support Rigid Grid (ESRG) System provides maximum floor stability to Unitile's Topstone floor panels. With seamless fitting, it drastically reduces the pressure from movements and weights above the flooring ESRG ensures that when Unitile's Topstone Floor Panels are replaced after accessing the sub- floors, they are fit in perfectly to avoid any imbalance and unevenness. Thus, maintaining the integrity.

Edge Support Rigid Grid System (ESRG)
Edge support under-structure provides maximum floor stability. It reduces all lateral movements and also ensures integrity of the floor on removal of panels for access to services in the sub-floor. Stringers are mechanically fastened to the pedestal head and panels are then placed on the grid formed. This system is ideal for high finished floor heights.

These loads are applied on a small area on the panel surface. These loads are applied over the entire surface of the panel. These loads are reached when the panel has failed structurally and can not accept any additional load. These loads are applied by wheeled vehicles arrying loads across the floor. These loads occurs when objects are accidentally dropped on the floor.
